Beginning his career in Management Consulting but quickly becoming obsessed with the people behind the numbers – how the right leadership / people call can move markets, cultures, and entire businesses.

He went on to build strategic Talent Acquisition and HR business partnering functions for leading financial‑capital players across national and international markets, before co‑founding a human‑capital advisory boutique for small and mid‑cap firms in finance, production, manufacturing, and MedTech.

Most recently, he played an instrumental role in shaping the Fintech/Web3 landscape as Co‑founder and Group Chief HR Officer of one of the world's leading digital asset banks, translating fast‑moving innovation into leadership teams that can actually deliver.
